Delivery
Every print is made to order, so the timings below start from the day your order is confirmed rather than the day it ships.

| Metal Print | Around 2 weeks |
| Canvas | 2–3 weeks |
| Framed Print | 2–3 weeks |
UK delivery is a flat £5 on every order, whatever the size or quantity. I will email you when your order is on its way.
Shipping outside the UK
I only offer standard delivery within the UK at the moment. If you are outside the UK and would like a print, email me at liam@liamhancox.co.uk with the image, size and material you want and where it needs to go, and I will come back to you with a price for shipping.
How prints are packaged
- Fine art paper — rolled in acid-free tissue inside a rigid tube. Never folded.
- Canvas — boxed on its stretcher frame, ready to hang. No assembly.
- Framed prints — protected in a double-walled box with the glazing taped and cornered.
- Metal prints — foam padded with corner protectors.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the damage before you fully unpack it, then email me within 48 hours of delivery. I will replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Please keep the original packaging, as the courier needs it for the claim. Damaged or faulty prints are always put right at no cost to you.
Changing your mind
You can return a print within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it comes back undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost for change-of-mind returns. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Colour
Screens vary a great deal in how they render colour, and a print will rarely look identical to the image on your monitor. If a print arrives and the colour looks wrong to you rather than merely different, email me a photo of the print and I will look into it.
